Ostomy Halifax General Meeting Sunday, October 5th!

Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 2pm-4pm ADT
Kiwanis Club - Community Room
5 Grahams Grove, Dartmouth (across the street from Braemar Superstore)
If the parking lot is full there is ample parking at the Superstore.
MEETING DETAILS
General Meeting followed by chair yoga, cake & coffee/tea and step up walk.
Chair Yoga with Yoga Instructor Mona Wanous Please wear comfortable clothing (45 minutes).

Ostomy Halifax General Meetings are held on the first Sunday of the month (except in July & Aug - no meetings) at 2pm Atlantic time at Woodlawn United Church.
